Originally from the Dominican Republic, Albellys started her architecture career at Universidad Nacional Pedro Henriquez Urena, ultimately graduating from the Boston Architectural College with a Bachelor of Architecture. In the past years, she has worked in different design firms where she has gained experience in land surveying, multi-family design, and lab science design. Albellys is very passionate about the impact well designed spaces have on human behavior. Her thesis was focused on urban farming, community building, and the ability to be able to live and produce in the same environment with the new technology of vertical farming. Her vast knowledge in BIM and technical architecture are a fantastic addition to SKA. She is currently working towards licensure in Massachusetts.
